D on Sep 22, 2013 There is a guide for working the steps and traditions through writing, It's called the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions Workbook, and it's available at meetings that have literature, such as the Sunday night 92nd St Y meeting and the Friday night Realization Center meeting.
