Intergroup session: Nov 19 2015 Intergroup Session

1. Six CoDa Intergroup members were in attendance (Frank, Mika, Mary Beth, Maritza, Pat, Andy) plus the Intergroup Chairperson.

2. The Share-a-thon will be held from 1 to 5:30 pm at the Community House / 28 35th St. New York, NY 10016 (Between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue.)

We discussed the January 30th Share-a-thon and decided upon a topic which is Relationships.

Three topics:
Relationships with Yourself, Family and Friends
Relationships and Romance
Relationships and Work

We discussed who will be facilitating each topic session.

We discussed other responsibilities for the Share-a-thon:
Registration Desk
Arranging the Rooms
Picking up of water, coffee, tea, and cookies

We have a member who will organize putting up signs and organizing the rooms.
Another member will pick up the water and another member will pick up the cookies.
We are determining if we can find an establishment to deliver coffee, decaf coffee, and tea.

3. Also discussed was the upcoming elections and the Intergroup members agreed to tell their respective groups about the upcoming elections to be held at the next meeting: December 17th / 6 pm / Community House / 28 35th St. New York, NY 10016 (Between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue)
