Intergroup session: Jan 28 2016 Intergroup Session

1-Planned specifics for share-a-thon in 2 days.
2-Decided to read Coda preamble, Steps, Traditions in the opening only, leaving share-time room during meetings.
3-Shortened the Welcome and the Feedback/Crosstalk Guidelines of the Format, which were the only 2 parts of the format read at the share sessions- again to save time for sharing.
4-Decided not to read Patterns/Characteristics.
   All of the above passed 5 for, and 7 for.

5-Arranged for people to arrive at 12:15 to help with chairs, signs, cookies, etc.

6-Website/meeting list topic:
    Andy, John and Mary Beth volunteered to cross reference our meeting list with the National meeting list so that the NYC   
    meeting list represents current meetings.
    No deadline was put on this.
